The Lepers' season was back on track after their previous victory through forfeiture, and subsequent thrashing of a bunch of randoms. This week saw them up against another of the plethora of PriceWaterhouseCooper sides. Were this team going to be bad as the PWC the Lepers played against in Division 6?

They certainly indicated that they were not going to offer too much of a challenge. Within a minute of the start a PWC defender had poked the ball past his own keeper, much to the amusement of the Lepers, to put the Lepers one nil up.

The goals continued to flow from that point onwards. At various points, Harvey, Drake and Spike all picked up braces for themselves.

In what was a fantastic team performance, it was just the unfortunate Stoner who narrowly missed out on getting onto the scoresheet. His first goal of the season will surely not be long it coming.
The Lepers were particularly pleased to have Will Webb back from Ballet duty. He marked his return with a fantastic hat-trick, scoring immediately after his timely introduction. He showed his full range of skills in bagging his first goals of the season.

Matt Ames, a perennial goalscorer also grabbed a hat-trick to take his tally for the season to 5. At some point in the mayhem the PWC mencappers grabbed a couple of goals, but they were of little importance as the Lepers romped home 13-2. It was clear they had put the disappointment of the first game behind them and the scenes at the Gunner were much more jovial than they had been so far that season!
